From the Road
Greetings from Minneapolis!
Avalon had shows here this past weekend and so our family decided to
stay the entire week and visit friends and family. We spent all day
today at the Mall of America. Wow! I can hardly express how tired I
am. The girls had such an awesome time. Not only is the shopping
good but there are rides for kids of all ages. Fun!
It’s also been an exciting weekend because we’ve been getting mixes
of our new record. I cannot tell you how excited we all are about
this new project. It will release in Sept and will be our newest
studio recording in over 3 years. The songs are so moving and as I
told someone the other day, “this is not your mom’s Avalon cd.” It’s
new, fresh, and a bit more aggressive than some will be used to. But,
exciting as well!
As some of you may have heard by now, Greg and I are expecting our
3rd child next Feb. We are thrilled and would appreciate your
prayers. God is so good and His timing is always perfect.
